The engineering company was founded in 1993 by Andreas Mengel und Andreas Stiawa.

The idea to create a independent planning office was based on the ever-changing development of the IT within healthcare and public admininstration. 

The implementation of such projects could so far and still can only be done and sucessfully implemented by highly-qualified experts. 
Sice these experts from individual companies are not constantly available due to high costs, we decided to support this market following the principle: "An Architect will only be hired for building a house, when it is necessary."
